First Training for Trainers Held within DigitMak: From Digital Maturity Assessment to Practical Support
On July 9, 2026, the Business & Innovation Center (BIC) at SEEUTechPark in Tetovo hosted the first Training for Trainers within DigitMak, marking the beginning of a series of activities aimed at strengthening the knowledge and practical skills of professionals involved in delivering DigitMak services.
During the half-day training, participants were introduced to the program’s approach and methodology, its objectives, certification process, and upcoming activities. Particular attention was given to knowledge and experience sharing, as well as developing practical skills for preparing and delivering training and support to future beneficiaries.
One of the main areas covered during the training was the Digital Maturity Assessment (DMA). Participants learned about the assessment process and how its results can be used to better understand the digital needs and capabilities of companies and public organizations.
The practical session included working with the Digital Maturity Assessment tool and implementing the assessment through the EDIH platform. Participants also explored how to review and interpret the results and connect them with appropriate follow-up activities and services.
The training also introduced DigitMak's Digital Roadmap and Test-Before-Invest services, providing participants with a broader understanding of how the different services can be combined to address the specific digital transformation needs of beneficiaries.
Through presentations, practical exercises and joint discussions, the training contributed to aligning approaches among the participants and preparing them for their further work within DigitMak.
As the DigitMak Innovation Hub in Tetovo, SEEUTechPark continues to contribute to building the capacities needed to provide high-quality digital transformation services to companies and public organizations in the Polog region and beyond.
