On December 7th, 2016 at SEEU Campus Tetovo “An hour of code for every student” took place as part of the “Hour of Code 2016" Global Event.

Traditionally, in the first week of December, millions of young people of all ages and others around the globe have spent an hour learning computer coding. This project is specially designed in targeting the younger population with the goal in demystify code and show that anybody can learn the basics of coding.

Part of this global event was also, third time in a row – the SEEUTechPark, with this year’s special young and motivated guests from the elementary schools of “Kiril and Metodij” and “Istikbal”, both from Tetovo. The ability to learn the useful basics of coding was successfully reached by Prof. Dr. Artan Luma.

Participants have spent an active one hour working with computer coding, creating smartphone apps and exploring the different ways computer technology impacts their everyday lives.
