“Today, we make possible for any student from Macedonia who wants to continue his or her studies in any university in the world, to do so with TOEFL testing. Moreover, students and otherscan apply for work anywhere in the world with TOEIC as an accepted tool by companies and the public sector. This testing is mandatory in the Law on Higher Education in Macedonia for all professors at universities that desire to advance in their career, including judges and others. So we open our doors to all of those who wish to have a successful career" said SEEU’s Rector, Prof. Dr. Zamir Dika.

“With this agreement, SEEU becomes an important centre of knowledge certification in Macedonia and the region and this is all thanks to the work of the management, academic and administrative staff of the university. The Ministry of Education and Science of Macedonia will support the University in its way of affirming quality" said Deputy Minister Safet Neziri.

“So far this was one of the most successful agreements made and it is not by chance; it is due to the reputation of this University and its Rector Prof. Dr. Zamir Dika and his staff. I am sure that after the signing of this agreement, it will be an added value for the diplomas of all those students who graduate from this university" said Ines Dika, Director of ETS Global –Tirana.

The TOEFL Centre manager Ms. Lizaila Martijin said that the importance of such testing is growing day by day, not only for studies but also for employment abroad. “Initially I want to say that ITIC testing, along with TOEFL and TOEIC are very important when we talk about the proficiency of English language. Many people do not know that when people are tested, they are not tested on how much they know English, but to what level they are able to communicate effectively in English” said Ms. Lizaila Martijin, Director of ETS global – New Jersey.

ETS Global is an international organization that has internationally recognized license for standardized English language testing like TOEFL, TOEIC, GRE with branch offices in 180 countries around the world and with a distribution of 50 million tests per year.
