Organizational Workshop for Kipper Markets Top Management
On Friday, 07.12.2018 the Business & Innovation Center (BIC) successfully completed the first in-house Organizational Workshop for the Top Management of Kipper Markets. The project started 3 months ago, with the first phase ending on December 18 2018.
The aim of this project was to scan the current organizational systems in Kipper, and to set the foundations of the future long-term growth of the company on every level. Besides the performance analyses on the initial organizational structure, the consultancy team had the job of accurately and precisely identifying the processes of: delivery systems, quality control, sales performances, the competitive advantage, as well as the tailor-made key performance indicators.
The project was carried out in partnership with Mihail Kitanovski from D2M Consultancy, who has more than 16-year international experience in the field, and Gjorgji Rafajlovski from SEEU’s Business Development Center.
