Let’s find money for your business – Startup & Spinoff Cofinancing Grants
On June 30, 2016 the “Let’s find money for your business” workshop was held, first of the following series of events organized to help existing end future entrepreneurs in finding start-up capital for their innovation projects.
This session was focusing on the possibilities offered by The Fund for Innovations and Technology Development (FITR), and their third public call for allocation of funds of the Instrument Support - Co-financing grants, eligible for funding Macedonian’s micro, small and medium enterprises.
The guest speakers from FITR had a brief introduction intro to the application procedures, forms, eligibility and the key factors for submitting a successful innovative business application in front of existing and potential start-up and spin-off representatives from the wider Polog region, followed by practical tips in handling the most of the administrative procedures. The selected applications will get government innovation funds of max. 85% of the total budget.
The presentation was followed with great attention and ended with a session of questions and answers from the entrepreneurs on the topics with most interest from all sides. Co-organizers of the event were the Business Center from Polog Region & GIZ (LEIWW+).
